As a Virginia native and dedicated DC sports fan, he will always cherish the 2018 and 2019 sports seasons.

Michael Dace

Mike leads Sales at Mogli with 8+ years in the SMS space, helping organizations launch and scale messaging initiatives. He’s a team builder who values clean pipeline, clear storytelling, and long-term partnerships. Mike is married, a former collegiate wrestler, and a (patient) Chicago Bears fan.

Raphyel Jordan

A Tennessee native who always desired to make a career out of his passion for art. Raphyel utilizes  10+ years as a professional creative to enhance marketing and branding through graphic design, illustration, web design, presentations, and more. He enjoys drawing, writing, and gaming during his free time.

Vanessa Ruiz

Vanessa is a Midwesterner living in Denver with her partner and beloved cat. A former Salesforce consultant, she loves helping people understand technology and improve their processes. When she's not managing Mogli's marketing operations, you can find her at a concert, DJing, mentoring, browsing estate sales, riding a bike, or watching the Denver Nuggets.

Freddy Valencia

Maryland-native, missing seafood. Married, dog-dad, avid outdoorsman, and still hanging onto the dream of playing professional hockey (spoiler alert: not going to happen). Passionate about building relationships, problem-solving, and the WA Capitals.

Neal Buttacavoli

Passionate about Chicago sports, traveling, and self-improvement. A Chicago native with over seven years of consultative selling experience. Dedicated to uncovering and understanding clients' challenges, goals, and needs.

Jack Tierney

Having grown up all over the US, Jack now calls North Carolina home with his wife, dog, and cat. When not talking about the latest and greatest in business texting, you can find Jack reluctantly cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, playing golf, or in his deer stand.

Mexican native living her Midwest chapter with her husband and dog. Passionate about helping clients succeed and building meaningful relationships. Collector of hobbies, connector at heart, and proud member of the Salesforce community through Latinas in Salesforce and Salesforce Military.

Based in Houston, TX - Michael creates content that helps clients maximize their success with Mogli. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, gaming, and exploring new culinary creations.

Northern Virginia native - after completing my Information Systems and Operations Management degree at George Mason University I moved to Colorado with my pup, Henry. On my day off you can find me snowboarding, hiking or cooking a delicious meal with family and friends. I value continuous learning and relationship building in both work and personal life.

Madison Hovren

Madison is a Washington state native West Point graduate, former Army Captain, Div 1 basketball, and pro rugby athlete who now helps clients find the best SMS solutions. Based in Florida, she also runs a women’s online clothing store and enjoys spending time with loved ones by the lake.

TJ Swanson

Columbus, Ohio based. Exceptional traits of uncovering existing processes and providing tailored solutions. I enjoy a great chess match, live music, a bike ride, and a fascinating book.
